How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To
Mainleaf Walk-In Tubs does not do the work. After you send a request, an independent provider in our network reaches out. That provider is a separate local business. It will give you its own quote and its own schedule, so details differ from one provider to the next.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions, such as:
- What kind of bathroom do you have, and how old is the house?
- Are you thinking about a walk-in tub or a walk-in shower?
- What is the main need: balance, mobility, or a soak for sore joints?
- Do you know what is under the floor, such as a crawl space or slab?
- What budget range feels comfortable?
- Does anyone in the home use a cane, walker or wheelchair?
Photos of the room can help. Honest answers lead to a more accurate quote. If you are not sure about an answer, say so. A provider can often check on a visit.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
A budget-minded plan starts with good questions.
- Is the quote in writing, with each line listed?
- What could add to the price once walls or floors are opened?
- How do you check for old pipes, rot or past repairs?
- Who handles permits, and who removes the old tub?
- How is the area protected during the job?
- What does the product warranty cover, and who backs it?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
You Stay in Charge
You decide whether to move forward. You can ask for more than one quote, take time to think and say no. Compare written quotes side by side, and look at what is included, not just the total. A fair provider will be glad to explain.
